Weekly food distribution at the Parramore Neighbor Hub. Every Tuesday, 9–11am. No RSVP required — just show up. Families receive groceries, hygiene supplies, and referrals.

The Parramore Hub serves 120–160 families every Tuesday. Items distributed include produce, protein, canned goods, hygiene supplies, and diapers.
Volunteer spots are always open. Arrive by 8:30am if you'd like to help with setup. No training required.
