Captain story
Marcus grew up three blocks from the Liberty City Hub. When he volunteered the first time, he recognized half the families in line.
"This isn't charity," Marcus says. "This is what a neighborhood looks like when it decides to take care of itself." His stipend is funded by Palmetto Insurance Group and individual $250 donors.
